1988 Land Rover 110 Defender 300 tdi - A complete one off!
This amazing Land Rover has been our own personal project over the last few years as a demonstrator for our Defender conversions. It has been rebuilt from the ground up with an amazing specification list. A complete one off that has been a labour of love, not for profit!
Camper Conversion Details
2 Berth Camper Conversion ( Possibility of additional bed boards for upper bunk )
2 x 12L Water bottles
Sink with tap and pumped water system
Vitrifrigo Fridge
Leisure battery with 180w Solar Panel, 2000w Inverter, 12v & 240v Sockets
LED spotlights
Induction Hob so no need to worry about gas!
Bespoke Cabinets with great stroage space and easy to make up 2 piece bed system
Elevating Roof for additional standing height ( upper bed boards could be added )
Privacy tint rear windows fitted, opening both sides
Blackout curtains fitted to windows
Rear body sound deadend, insulated ( sheepswool thermafleece ) and carpet lined
Vinyl rear seat/bed cushions with stitching to match front seats
Base Land Rover Details
Started life as a Land Rover 110 4C
300tdi engine and gearbox fitted from a Discovery with approx 130,000 miles. New engine mounts fitted to ensure standard positioning of the engine.
Engine has had new; water pump, timing belt, complete hose set, radiator, intercooler, heater valve, turbo, fan, diaphragm pump, exhaust and full service.
Safari Snorkel fitted
Chassis was stripped down completely and new rear 1/3 chassis welded in with new outriggers and body mounts.
Body has been built back up with TDCI / Puma; bulkhead, new bonnet and new doors.
Puma dashboard fitted and complete bespoke wiring loom proffesionally made to tie in with Puma dashboard switches etc. Bespoke dashboard console made to house 300tdi gauges within puma dashboard.
Heated front and rear screen

New rubber flooring fitted in cab with sound deadening pads
Genuine Land Rover Autobiography Heated front seats fitted
New Steering wheel fitted
Alcantara Headlining in cab
Sawtooth Gloss black alloy wheels with BF Goodrich KO2 tyres
LED lights all round including headlights
Stainless Steel powder coated front bumper with DRL lights
New door cards, door handles, window & locking mechanisms
Central locking and keyless start button fitted
New front and rear mudflaps
NAS spec rear bumper with tow bar and 13 pin electrics
Brakes overhauled
New brake lines & fuel lines
Chequer plate on wings and sills
New window rubbers all round
New wheel arches
and so many more bits and pieces to make it what it is!
